Hi All
Well, what a wonderful opening term to 2012 for DRUMKiDZ in the Southern Suburbs! Term 1 has held so much excitement and fun for everybody involved in DRUMKiDZ.
I have been blown away by the enthusiasm of the kidz as they join in and experience the world of drumming with Kaz and Dje each week. We have laughed, drummed and sung our lungs out in each lesson.
We have all learnt to roar like a lion and hoot like an owl. Each drumkid is experiencing a journey through time that opens up a new world with each lesson, and each drumkid in the programme has taken me through a journey of fun and laughter. This term has flown by and has me looking forward to the term to come. I have full confidence that term 2 will hold even more magic than term 1.
We are in the process of launching a Weekly DRUMKiDZ sessions in the Southern Suburbs. If your child is dying to do something that is high energy and fun this is the prime opportunity. If you are interested in this please contact me michelle@drumkidz.co.za
Just another reminder to everybody looking for a drumming Birhday party for their kidz. We have had some great parties this term and are hoping to fill our calendar with more of them!

I am very excited to be a part of the continually growing DRUMKiDZ family. By having experience as an instructor of this vibrant and exciting programme my enthusiasm for it has grown and is growing still.
I am especially proud to be the new owner of the Cape Town Southern Suburbs franchise.
From a very young age I have had a great passion for music and the performing arts. Music has always been a part of my life and now I am privileged enough to pass this passion onto your children, the future of the performing arts in South Africa.
I completed my Bachelor of Music Degree in 2009 from the University of Pretoria, specializing in music education, vocal performance and music history. I am currently doing my masters degree in musicology at the South African College of Music at UCT.
Now that I have introduced myself, let the drumming begin!
